1 : ORDERS

Other countries : Products you order are not subject to tax and your bill will be drawn up with VAT removed from the prices. However, for orders placed from a country other than France, the Client is the importer of the merchandise. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or State taxes could be applied. These duties and amounts are borne by the Client and are his/her entire responsibility regarding declarations as well as payments to the relevant authorities or bodies in his/her country.

4 : DELIVERIES
The delivery conditions and shipping costs only apply to France.
In the case of a Client living abroad, the prices are recalculated according to the address given when the Client registers on the Site.
Our merchandise always travels at the risk and peril of the addressee, even for free on board (FOB) shipping. In the case of litigation or damages, it is up to the ADDRESSEE to note the following on the delivery driver’s receipt : missing parcel, broken parcel, wet parcel, etc. In no case “with reservation to unpacking”?????. In the case of breakage, detail the damage on the receipt in the presence of the driver and confirm by recorded delivery with receipt within 48 hours (not to our company). Should this procedure not be followed, we decline all responsibility.

6 : CANCELLED ORDERS
No total or partial cancellation of an order which has been placed and acknowledged, will be accepted without the agreement of the Seller.

7: PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stipulated, products are payable upon ordering. All sums paid by the Client prior to the delivery of the product serve as a deposit towards the final price owed by the Client.
